1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of products through lumenpaws.com ("the Site"), operated by Attitude ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Products

All products sold on this Site are dietary supplements intended for animal use. Results may vary. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition in animals. If your pet has a medical condition, consult a licensed veterinarian before use.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout via Shopify. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Orders and Confirmation

An order confirmation sent to your email address does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Subscription Terms

We offer a recurring subscription service ("Subscribe & Save") that automatically renews and charges your payment method on a regular billing cycle.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the agreed interval until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at shop@lumenpaws.com or by managing your subscription directly through the link in your order confirmation email. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the following cycle, but no refund will be issued for the current cycle already paid. To ensure your cancellation is processed before your next billing date, we recommend submitting your request at least 3 days in advance.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 14 days' notice sent to your registered email address. Continued use of the subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Returns and Refunds

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
