Lumenpaws – Bright Days
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Destination
We currently ship within the United States only.
3. Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders as indicated on the Site.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable time after your order confirmation, please contact us at shop@lumenpaws.com.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at shop@lumenpaws.com within 14 days of your expected delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate before completing your order.
7. Carrier
Orders are fulfilled and shipped via our logistics partner. Carrier selection is determined based on your location and availability.
