Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged automatically for each renewal cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at shop@lumenpaws.com or by managing your subscription directly through the link in your order confirmation email. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the following cycle, but no refund will be issued for the current cycle already paid.

To ensure your cancellation is processed before your next billing date, we recommend submitting your request at least 3 days in advance.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product not yet available in inventory. We may collect a partial deposit or no payment at checkout and charge the remaining balance upon fulfillment. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled for a full refund. Once fulfilled, standard return conditions apply.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase a try before you buy item, your payment method is authorized but not charged at checkout. You will have a defined trial period to decide if you want to keep the item. If you do not return the item within the trial period, your payment method will be charged in full. See our Refund Policy for return instructions.
